      The culture of this company is that none of the hard work you do is ever good enough. This mindset comes from the highest levels of leadership. There are consistently unrealistic expectations, favoritism, and a lack of transparency. Employees are encouraged to rely on HR but HR’s primary focus is to protect the company rather than support the staff. This environment has led to significant burnout for me and negatively impacted my personal well-being due to stress.
