Virtual interview with the operation manager and a customer service manager, interview was easy and laid back, I felt comfortable, all my questions were answered and the ladies were very nice
Easy interview asking about work life balance and how do you handle stressful situations. The interview was about 30 minutes in length. Basic questions. They are interesting in customer service based answers.

How would you handle getting a late case back from a reviewer?
HR was very friendly and clear throughout the interview process. I had an initial interview with an HR rep and then my would-be managers. Everyone was very up front and transparent about the company’s goals and the position’s requirements/expectations
