Interview
Had 5 rounds of interview:
1. Initial screening
2. One round with Senior User Researcher
3. Followed by a 1:1 with the Director of the UX team
4. A research assignment that needs to be presented to a panel
5. Final Technical Round with the UX Manager

The research assessment is to be presented via 15 min presentation followed by a 45 minute QnA session.
5 rounds:
- introductory with lead : to see if you are a good candidate to move with the process
- Aptitude test
- Assignment is given
- Assignment+ follow up questions round with whole Panel
- UX manager round
