We appreciate your feedback, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the candidate interview experience here at Criteo. We’re sorry to hear of your prolonged experience in our interview process. We understand that everyone’s time is valuable. There are many factors that can delay an interview as well as reasons why a candidate might be provided a second Skype interview, but still not be passed onto an onsite interview. As you attested sometimes you can click on an interview and sometimes the chemistry just isn’t there. When a candidate has the right skill set but the interview didn’t go well that candidate might be asked to have another interview at that same level. They might be a good fit but maybe with another team. We agree that increased communication on why we’re repeating an interview or where we are in the interview process would benefit both the company and the candidate and apologize that there was not more transparency.
