Recebi uma ligação em inglês com a recrutadora que basicamente me fez algumas perguntas sobre minhas experiências anteriores e após uns dias uma videochamada com uma das líderes foi agendada, embora a pessoa fosse legal, ela não me incentivou muito e se concentrou muito na frustração que poderia me fazer trabalhar em uma vaga de entrad jr, já que minha experiência era sênior, me senti um pouco desmotivada no final da entrevista porque havia recebido uma oferta de posição bastante básica, no entanto, continuei com interesse pois achava que poderia ter oportunidades futuras de crescimento e porque precisava trabalhar. Após vários dias sem feedback ou notícias, contatei a recrutadora que me disse que não iria continuar com a minha candidatura devido à minha falta de experiência visto que o cargo precisava de alguém mais experiente, razão pela qual preferiram outro candidato. Fiquei bastante desmotivada pois sabia que tinha mais do que a experiência que me era solicitada, fez-me pensar que talvez não fosse uma empresa que valorizasse as minhas competências e experiência.

Recebi um e-mail de uma headhunter com o agendamento de uma call para a vaga de Account Strategist na Criteo. Me preparei, estudei sobre a empresa e a vaga, e nada da recrutadora me ligar. Após esperar 40 minutos, eu enviei um email para a mesma perguntando se ainda haveria entrevista, e ela me retornou o email dizendo que me ligaria em 30 min pois estava em outra reunião. (Detalhe que se eu não enviasse email perguntando, ficaria no vácuo esperando à toa). Aguardei e com todo respeito e vontade fiz a entrevista que não durou nem 10 min pois claramente a recrutadora estava com pressa e aquela entrevista não era sua prioridade. Nunca recebi um email com feedback, mesmo pedindo um para ela depois de duas semanas aguardando. Até hoje não tive um feedback. A empresa deve ser muito boa mas infelizmente a escolha de headhunters que não estão nem um pouco se importando com os candidatos sujam mto o nome da empresa. Achei uma falta de respeito total no atraso de 1:30 da recrutadora, maior ainda em não enviar um e-mail avisando sobre o atraso, e além de tudo não receber um feedback.

Application I applied online. I interviewed at Criteo. Interview - Recruiter reached out regarding Solution Engineer position and I agreed to speak with her on the phone and we talked about salary exceptions and the role. I clearly told her about my salary exceptions before I decided to continue the interview and she said company can match this salary for this role. After this initial call, company sent me a take home assessment and after completing the take home assessment recruiter told me I passed the technical round but they have a different position to match my salary requirements. I decided to continue with the interview and I had a final round interview with the team. After completing my final round of interview, I told them about my offers from other companies and I need to make a decision soon. Recruiter came back with an offer that was 30% below my expectation and what we talked during the initial call. This process was such a waste of time and the recruiter was very unprofessional, she was not sure what she was doing and it was a frustrating process. I clearly told recruiter about my salary exceptions and other competing offers and even after knowing this she delayed the entire process and came back with an offer thats 30% below my expectations. This is completely unacceptable and I'm very glad I had other offers from better companies whose HR did a good job than Criteo's.

Recruiter phone screen, first round interview which was technical and also get to know me better. Second round was a live python/SQL coding interview. Final round is a case study and presentation with a panel of people (including the first round interview member) I have been ghosted by the recruiter after my FINAL round of interviewing. This company is so unprofessional and doesn't have a moral compass pointing north. Recruiters have one job, to recruit. I can slightly understand being ghosted in the early rounds of recruiting, it is difficult to get back to hundreds of applicants. But getting ghosted after the final round? That shows a complete lack of respect for the candidate's talent and time. I was so excited by the idea of working here. They have truly missed out on an excellent candidate.

This has been one of the worst interview experiences. The HR contact seemed not interested at all, like he just wanted to go throught his set of questions as fast as possible. It was not a talk like in other HR interviews that I had. After the interview, despite him telling me I would hear back the day after at the latest, I was ghosted. I sent an email asking for an update but nothing. I would have been fine with a basic rejection email, but ghosting applicants after interviews is very unprofessional in my opinion.

Had a recruiter contact me. The recruiter set up a Phone screen with an engineer. It was followed by 4 hour final round with engineers and managers. The process was quick and very smooth, would recommend.

Was called by HR recruiter several weeks after submitting an application with an employee referral. In the initial screening call I was told that there were several Data Analyst positions that I could be a good match for, but was directed toward one in particular. Had a video call with a member of that team where the interviewer seemed completely disinterested in what I had to say, but in a follow-up with the recruiter apparently the feedback was good. Then had a live coding challenge with another member of the team testing my Python abilities (specifically pandas)--interviewer there was helpful and was able to gently make suggestions of what I should be doing without outright giving any answers away. Finished well under time and again got good feedback. Was then given a take-home task of sample data that I needed to analyze and present my findings on and spent several days working on it. Immediately before the presentation I had an interview with a member of the client-facing sales team that the position would work with and had a great rapport. In the presentation I was asked several follow-up leading questions that made me realize I had missed one of the findings they wanted to be identified. I was also supposed to have an interview with the person who would have been my boss, but apparently he was out of office and I was told they were going to reschedule it for the next week. After that I heard absolutely nothing from anyone, even after inquiring by email multiple times with the recruiter. Completely ghosted after 4 rounds of interview and after he had assured me at the beginning that if this specific role didn't work out he had others he would also like to put me forward for.
