Interview
Firstly I was interviewed by a HR employee of the company who did a great job of asking the right questions, similar to the questions that were asked in the second interview. This time, my (then future) team lead interviewed me, digging deeper into my reasoning for applying etc.
For my third stage I had to prepare a Case Study (presentation) in order for criteo's staff to see me "in action". The last stage took time to prepare and was done by video call.

Recebi uma ligação em inglês com a recrutadora que basicamente me fez algumas perguntas sobre minhas experiências anteriores e após uns dias uma videochamada com uma das líderes foi agendada, embora a pessoa fosse legal, ela não me incentivou muito e se concentrou muito na frustração que poderia me fazer trabalhar em uma vaga de entrad jr, já que minha experiência era sênior, me senti um pouco desmotivada no final da entrevista porque havia recebido uma oferta de posição bastante básica, no entanto, continuei com interesse pois achava que poderia ter oportunidades futuras de crescimento e porque precisava trabalhar.
Após vários dias sem feedback ou notícias, contatei a recrutadora que me disse que não iria continuar com a minha candidatura devido à minha falta de experiência visto que o cargo precisava de alguém mais experiente, razão pela qual preferiram outro candidato. Fiquei bastante desmotivada pois sabia que tinha mais do que a experiência que me era solicitada, fez-me pensar que talvez não fosse uma empresa que valorizasse as minhas competências e experiência.

Vc não acha que seria muito frustrante para você trabalhar em uma vaga de entrada após de sua experiencia previa como lider?
The interview process had multiple steps starting with a phone interview. During the phone interview, my recruiter first told me about the company and it's culture in greater detail. In addition, she described how this position fits into their current operations. From there, she was able to answer all of my questions and then asked me for some information regarding my past experience, and how my skills could be transferable to this role. Once we concluded our conversation on the phone, I was emailed a few days later to book an in person interview.
The in-person interview was with the department manager and a team lead at the same time. I preferred the 2 on 1 style of interview because it was efficient, it gave me a better idea of their dynamic departmentally, and how my role would fit in the department. The interview was very positive, and they were able to extend an offer to me the next day. When I accepted the team was immediately very welcoming and accommodating to my needs.
