Two phone interviews, first with an HR recruiter, followed by the Store Manager. Three in person interviews: a department manager, the store manager, and then the regional manager. The vast majority of the questions were standard for the industry and straightforward. Two days after the final in person interview I was called by the store manager with a formal job offer.

In person interview that consists of questions & talking about strengths & weakness. Just talking about customer relationships. We spoke and had a conversation about products and then did some role playing with situations to see how my reaction to each one.

About products & vendors. Ordering and what I would do to change sales.
A phone interview and then 2 in person interviews. The first in person interview was with the assistant manager and the second was with the store manager. I was given an offer at the end of the second interview.
