Overall the benefits package from Crate and Barrel is pretty well much in line with most other companies. Accessing the Benefits seems fairly straight forward so far and I have not seen any difficulties
As a part-time employee in this retail environment, it gets really busy during the holidays making it almost impossible to book days off since they have a list of dates known as their black out period. You also had to request time off multiple days if not weeks in advance since it is first come first serve. We also receive an employee discount.
No benefits package unless you are a full time employee and if this happens just cover MSP no more than that
I have no Idea if they had benefits or not. I was not employed there long enough to truly understand their benefit programs and to take advantage of them.
This would be a big fat ZERO. The fact that one works 40 hours a week some times and is still called "part-time" is insulting.
Adoption allowance up to $10,000; Massage Therapy and acupuncture
Secondary Helath Care for FT employees, good employee discount
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
