It was a relaxed format, more of like a conversation and they more or less explained the position and we talked about what I wanted to do with my future. The interview was pretty much to get a feel for my personality and see if I fit with the people in the department.

Interview was very casual, interviewed by 3 women in HR. Asked what I thought about their website, where I see myself in 5 years, what is the most difficult situation you've been in with your previous jobs, why did you leave your previous job/why is there a gap in your employment history ?
