The interview process took 1.5 months. I cleared all 3 technical interviews the hr started discussion related to offer. My current CTC was already good according to their system and they offered me much less than my expected CTC. (only 15% hike) and some joining bonus. But after some internal discussion they aligned one more interview (Managerial Interview) which was a surprise to me. I showed all positive signs to join the organisation. But after the interview the hr told that they have kept me on hold and after one week i called hr about the status. He told me i was rejected giving some vague reason that manager didn't like your answers. This last sudden interview seems to be plotted to reject me as they might have found cheaper resource. Worst experience, Wasted 1.5 months time just on one process.
