Interview process was very flexible, I got a call from consulting via Naukri, I even once reschedule the interview for personal reason, Ciena HRs & technical panel both are very cooperative with the scheduling process. It took only 1 week. The venue was DLF Plaza Gurgaon. Mine was Face to face discussion [though interviewer did ask if i had an earlier telephonic discussion ?]
