I worked with a recruiter to get the interview. The recruiter did a general interview and asked general questions about my resume and why I felt I qualified for the position. From there, there was a phone interview with a Schwab recruiter. She asked more in depth questions about my resume and asked why I wanted to work for Schwab. She asked what I knew about Schwab. She then asked a few behavioral questions like tell me a time when you went above an beyond your job expectations. She asked three of those types of questions.

The people were very nice and very professional. I read everything I could about Schwab and brought up specific data from their website and quotes from the CEO Chuck during the interview.
