Very straightforward and fast process. After applying you complete a job readiness type exam. If you advance you have a 45 minute behavioral interview and then a 3 hour long power day interview for the final round. COF gives all necessary interview prep materials needed to be successful

Interview
1st round behavioral followed by a power day for the next round. Overall was a pretty seamless process. The power day took about four hours or so but was organized well.
Smooth and well organized process overall, applied online and completed virtual job tryout assessment, first round was 1 behavioral and powerday was 1 behavioral 1 case and 1 job fit
