For me, it was a 15 minute telephone interview and was offered the position the same day. Accepted position out of desperation at the heigh of the Great Recession after being out of work for 10 months. Previously worked as Business Systems Analyst.

Filled out application, received phone interview 2-3 days later and then 2-3 after that, I was called for an in person interview. I started training for the job about two weeks later.
