Interview
Power Day - half day of 4 separate interviews one technical Q&A one technical exercise one business case one behavioral Unlike the coding exercise you need to do pre-interview, the technical exercise here is NOT algorithmic but rather practical real-world solution to code.

Question 1
A time that I initiated change - how big was the audience of stakeholders that I needed to coordinate change with.
It took over a month to setup their interview day. I emailed them two days before my interview day since I had not gotten my schedule yet. They told me that they were having a hard time finding someone for the behavioral interview. I got my schedule the following day and saw that the first interview would be the behavioral one. The day of the interview came along, the person that is doing the behavioral interviews got on the call, they introduced themself for about five minutes and then they started to ask questions right away. This person did not even ask me for my name. This person did not ask me to introduce myself. Or let alone give me the chance to introduce myself. Just note that this is totally the opposite of how it is supposed to go according to the booklet that they send out. The interviewer is not supposed to introduce themselves, but the interviewee is supposed to introduce themselves according to their booklet... At that point, I just did not care as much as I had. Why would I want to work at a company where people would not even want to know my name? After that, there were three more interviews. Two of them were coding and one of them was more conversational then coding. The last interviewer could not even get the site where the interview was supposed to take place to work. So I had to do the coding part on a blank notepad document. My only advice is to not waste your time with this place. It is definitely not worth it. It was a terrible experience.
