Interview
First Round is an initial Behavioral Interview. If you are pushed through to the next round, they call it the "Power Day" which consists of 3 interviews, roughly 45 mins each with 3 different employees of Capital One. The three interviews consist of a Job Fit Interview, Behavioral Interview, and a Case Study. I highly recommend watching the example video they provide you with and watching other helpful videos on how case studies are conducted to be best prepared!

1st round behavioral followed by a power day for the next round. Overall was a pretty seamless process. The power day took about four hours or so but was organized well.
Smooth and well organized process overall, applied online and completed virtual job tryout assessment, first round was 1 behavioral and powerday was 1 behavioral 1 case and 1 job fit

Overall pretty straightforward process. Initial part was the online job assessment then being reached out by a recruiter to do interviews.
