I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Feb 2022
Interview
Contacted by a campus recruiter and sent to the final round of interviews (Power Day). Power day consisted of three interviews: a case, a technical, and a behavioral.
Case was straightforward, essentially just a word math problem.
Technical was a leetcode easy/medium about linked lists.
Behavioral was questions about previous experience (tell me a time when…)

One power day with three rounds (technical, behavioral, case). Technical was a OOP design problem and the case study was pretty similar to the practice video they share. The behavioral was standard.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2025
Interview
just like others have described, it's a 4 hour interview (1 hour case study, technical, break, behaviorial). Behaviorial is pretty standard, technical and case study honestly aren't that bad and definitely studyable. However, it's still pretty difficult and definitely study up. It's not like a leetcode.
