Question 1
Incredibly long and frustrating application process that was incredibly unnecessary. They probably invested $2,000 in the job application process before eventually turning me down.

Interview
Hiring dept reached out and sent links to behavioral assessments.
Then set up 2 interviews. Afterward, they made it sound like it was a done deal.
Then I got a message that I didn't score high enough on behavioral assessment.
No opportunity to discuss assessment, retake, and you're not allowed to apply for any other positions for 6 mos.
It was a whiplash process and totally discouraging.

Interview
Behavioral questions. Arrived at 11:30am left at 2pm met with about 4 people back to back. A lot of the questions were repeated- I believe time would have been better managed if all 4 met w/ me at once.
