First got an email from the HR asking me to choose the time slot that worked for me. And then HR will confirm your time for phone interview and tell you the name of the person who's gonna interview you. The phone interview is about some basic stat concepts and lasts 45 min. After at last, interviewer asked if I have any questions for him.
