They're not serious about interviewing or hiring, especially during COVID, and are just doing the process to keep people busy. If a recruiter approaches you, run. It's a waste of time unless you're unemployed and got nothing better to do. They take a long time to schedule anything, make you jump through many hoops, and have no consideration that candidates have to take time off work to do their bs interview modules. And they don't even have the decency to stay in the timeline that they promised. Very unprofessionally handled.

Question 1

Three rounds of interviews, two of them are case based to assess technical knowledge (first case is relatively easy, calculation needed), one is mainly behavioural questions with the team leader
1st round was 45 mins. Simple case (profitability and basic business acumen) plus a bit of behavioural
2nd round was in-person; networking dinner the night before, and then two back to back interviews (an hour long case and a 30 min behavioural)
