3 parts: behavioral, technical, case. Each one lasts about an hour. Plenty of time given. Different person/people will interview you for each part. Finally, they will get together and decide on an offer.
Codesignal -> Powerday (3 interviews). Behavior, Technical, and Case Interviews. One hour break within a four hour time frame. Can't really prepare for Case Interview just make sure to keep talking and explain thought process throughout.

Then recruiter call where they ask you the standard questions about grad date, etc. Then "Power Day" where it's 3 60 minute interviews in a 4 hour window. These interviews are technical, behavioral, and business case.

Question 1
What is one piece of feedback that a manager gave you at a previous internship that you take with you?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Sep 2025
Interview
The Powerday has 3 rounds: technical, behavioral, and a case study. Not specifically a LeetCode-type question for the technical, somewhere in between a LeetCode and system design, and it was pretty easy. Behavioral was pretty standard, with only 3 questions. The case study was also pretty easy if you knew basic coding and had basic business insights.
