Interview
The second round interview where they bring you on site is where it counts. There are three interviews: two case study and one behavioral. The two workers who did my case study where very professional and friendly while the one who did my behavioral just sat there the entire time with his face an inch from the paper where he was trying to write down every word I said. They bring you to lunch then ask people to stay for another case study interview. If you get this then you have a better chance of getting the position.

I wish I did more practice with the case studies. They want to see if you know how to do them the preferred way as you can find in practice books. Also remember to use the STAR method when answering the behavioral question. The interview, as it normally is, is equally about how you interview as well as your skills. The interview process was very robotic and regimented as opposed to some engineering firms that I have interviewed with. Its a bank though so it comes with the territory.
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

The interviewer was friendly he asked me Quantitative questions on a streaming platform, too much math involved. I did not reach the answer though the interviewer tried to help so got the rejection.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
