      Business Management Development Interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2013

      Interview

I discovered the job through my campus career website and I applied through that. I was invited for an interview, and was contacted through email with information about the interview. They gave examples of what questions I might be asked, and emphasized how they wanted me to answer (in STAR format). My interviewer was not the most personable person, and so it made it a little more intimidating than I thought it would be. I had a 45 minute time slot, but was asked only 3 questions, and the rest was dedicated to any questions I had.

      Question 1

None were super difficult since they had kind of given us a heads up on what types of questions we might get asked. One question I got was to explain a time when I had to prioritize my work, and how I went about doing that.
