This was a campus interview for graduate student employment. 2 Part interview (half hour each): 1st part was 2 behavioural questions: Talk about a time where you had to collaborate on a project with someone else to complete a (complex) task. Use the Situation, Action and Result format. The interviewer may ask questions where you are not clear. The other question was name a time where you had to work on a project but faced some obstacle(s), how did you overcome that obstacle to complete the task at hand. 2nd part was a case question: Credit Card promotion, and calculate profit from the credit card given the revenue and costs provided. Not sure exactly what they are looking for because it wasn't someone from the stats team that conducted the interview.

30 mins phone interview and almost technical questions. I was invited to tell about the project I have done before and ask some questions regarding this project. Also, my programming language level was asked. There were also some standard technical questions like p-value, overfitting, cross-validation.
