I took the assessment test and never heard back. questions were some difficult. lots of repeat questions. the test had standard personality assessments and comprehension/reasoning test.
There are both cases and behavioral interviews. The cases are quantitative, but not too difficult.

Difficult Situation and the way you influenced stakeholders
Very straight forward, one initial interview but the last round is a 4 part interview that asks some difficult questions. They were very friendly but some of the questions were just hard.
