Disappointing process. Hackerrank challenge at first, which is not easy, but fairly straight forward if you practice ahead of time. Had a technical phone interview with a data science manager. He seemed to like me and said that the recruiter would be in touch, but then a week later I got an impersonal rejection letter. Very disappointing.

great process. two screenings before technical then a power day. process was pretty straight forward sucks that I didnt make it though. study your resume from top to bottom as well because they really dig into your background and why youre looking to apply to cap 1
