Interview
It went as expected. Though I didn't think there were so many interviews for such position. But the reasons for me not being qualified or as they said "a good fit", we're nowhere near what I expected. I'm no arrogant but they were just flat out not fair.
Was very typical for interview protocol. First had a phone screen interview followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager a couple days later, sometimes a third interview if necessary.

Easy and kind process. Got back to me in a timely manner. Good company. Make sure you know what you want. Do well because the interview matters! Have a good day.

Honestly I think this interview process is a joke they are the only bank that makes you go through such a process for nothing its not even like the pay is that great and I’ve been in banking for years and know a lot of people who have left this company so the turn over is bad, the nerve they have to make it such a difficult process for people with experience is unbelievable, I’ve applied to Capital One at least 5 times now all different time frames with 6 months in between, they have gotten as far as sending me a video interview, then were so unprofessional to not even follow up with me and let me know that I would not move forward, I went on the portal to find out my self, this company should not have a 3.9 more like 3.5, stay in your place Capital One, I can promise you the pride you have for being a good company only to under value costumers and employees, is disgusting, and a huge waist of 5 hours of my time to do your ridiculous assessments and virtual interviews. Time is a valuable thing to waist.
