I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2016
Interview
I received a rejection notification right few hours after submitting my application. Then I complaint to them that their evaluation was incomplete. Without responding to my complaint and apologizing for careless evaluation, they looped me in for interview. I passed the programming quiz in R and then called for Phone Interview in Toronto. When I was in Toronto, one HR staff contacted me and asked few questions in around 20 minutes and then reject my application again without any note.
Later in another occasion, I applied for a Data Analyst position, and the same scenario happened. I received a notification of rejection right 2-3 hours after office opened. I submitted my application around 00:30 early morning (midnight) Monday and I received rejection at 11:00 O'clock.
I feel this company keeps posting to measure the market strength or are trying to do some ingenue actions other than typical employment. My overall experience is very very very bad and I will never ever ever ever apply to this company. I also would like to advise you guys to not waste your time on this company.

Two technical rounds with case studies and coding + SQL. Coding was just LC easy level and SQL was a bit more challenging but being comfortable with all the key words should be good enough.
