-Contacted by a recruiter via e-mail to talk about the position. -A day later: was given a link to 3 online assessments (Personality, Verbal, and Math). -A day later: Received an email saying I passed the assessments and that they would like to invite me to a "power day". -About 2 weeks later: Flew to Richmond the night before and had 4 interviews the next day. I met with 4 seperate people and the interview concluded around noon. I flew back later that afternoon. -3 days later: Received an offer via the phone. A very organized and efficient process!! The recruiter was very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I can't wait to start!
