Interview was quite good, they asked me about roles and responsibilities related to work also checked my communication skills and knowledge, including that asked some situational based questions of different scenarios with some conditions etc

Interview
This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
