At first round of interview the interviewer asked me what is your current CTC and what you are expecting. I have said my expectations. She directly told no for this experience we cannot give so much. We can only offer 3.12 LPA for O2C. And we are giving this offer to everyone and we cannot give 30 % of hike also she said. It is fixed 3.12 LPA. And she told if you would like I will process further or else you are just leave by the day. This is so hopeless interview. She told O2C is very easy job and process. We cannot offer more. This is not fair enough to answer like this. I was de-motivated from that interviewer. I was having 2.10 years of experience in O2C and Skills.

Team leads asked me several questions. I managed to give correct answers. It was a little tough question but I managed to give my best to get selected. Thanks a lot.
