I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
Fast interview process, 2 stages, first one went well. second stage was case study. This is a luck of the draw either the interviewer likes you or they don't. I guess the interviewer didn't like me so much so their feedback was basically useless. Also, they need to be able to understand the tech stack. And, if interviewer is not very technical with open source technologies then you kinda stuck.
