They checked my communication first..then asked for the very basic questions which are related to our domain.very kind and good company. Gave more opportunity and space.No micro management. Very flexible and can maintain work life balance

This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
