Hiring process very good, capgemini recruiter's responding very fast after completed my interview. i submitted all the documents with in one day.they verified the documents.finally i got the offer.
Fill up online form which was communicated in mail by capgemini itself. Got reply for online interview in mail.Telephonic interview conducted. Reply from HR for online communication test. Document submission mail from HR. Offer letter received within a week.

Most pathetic. They called us at their venue to conduct 2 really long and brain derailing telephonic interviews. And concluded with an amcat test in third round only to ultimately ask the candidate to go home. Please don't take their interview. Those guys don't know whom and for what they are hiring for.
