Interview
The Interview Process was quite good and crisp one. It was a one day process. Recruitment started with an online aptitude test. After the aptitude test was cleared, there were 2 technical rounds + 1 HR Round. Technical round consisted of questions from basics of C, Snippets of C, C++, Operating Systems, Microcontrollers, RTOS, SPI, I2C etc. After clearing technical rounds, HR round was a cakewalk.

Classico colloquio telefonico da azienda di consulenza, un paio di chiamate con HR, poi con figura tecnica, infine HR e figura tecnica insieme. Di solito quest'ultimo sarà il proprio superiore.
