A totally botched up interview process is the highlight about Capgemini. No one knows what they are doing. They conduct telephonic rounds which seems a good start only to be a nightmare there on. Next they call you to a so called Face to Face interview at their office location only to have another telephonic discussion. They take a few round and after every round let you know the result (which is a good thing) and then even though you clear all the round a they suddenly disappear. The same HR who gives you i. Writing that you cleared all the rounds stops responding to your emails and calls. This has not happened with me once but thrice in the last 10 years and they never change

Interview process was straightforward and good. interviewer went for almost an hour. Interviewer was also open minded. We had one level of interview which i cleared and i got the offer letter post 2-3 weeks.
