I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Ghaziabad) in Sep 2017
Interview
Each round was elimination round. The rounds were - Aptitude Test & WET, Pseudo Code Test, Technical Interview, HR Interview.
Aptitude Round consists of two sections - Quantative aptitude and logical reasoning. Quant was very easy and LR was quite good. 16-16 ques in each in total of 50 mins. Then Written English Test(WET) of 30mins was held. Platform used was CoCubes.
Pseudo code round consisted of 20 MCQs based on Algos, DS, DLD, C/C++. Time was 20 mins.
Next was TR in which ques from your Resume were majorly asked.
And in HR round general ques like why should i hire you, why capgemini, willing to relocate and about night shifts and all.
Thorough and lots of questions in AI. General info uspressed in. You will need to know what you are talking about for sure. Good people though and seems like a great place to work
It was a on campus recruitment drive. Overall, it was a smooth interview process. The Technical Interview had questions ranging from DSA, projects in detail, OOPs, DBMS, OS, C++ basics, etc.
First Round was Online English Assesment Round which was elimination round
Next Round was Online Assesment in College
- First Section of Pseudo Code + Technical MCQs (Elimination Round)
- Next Section 2 Coding Questions (Easy to Medium level not an elimination round)
- Third Section was Game Based Aptitude (More Levels you solve the better it is an elimination round)
- Last Section is Behavioural Questions (Not Elimination Round)
If you clear Online Assesment then Interviews will be scheduled. I was able to reach till game based Aptitude round but then got eliminated
