I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (New Delhi)
Interview
It was one of the worst process I have ever seen!
So easy. The online test was so pathetic even a class 10th student could pass, and the time to solve just 10-15 questions was damn 50 minutes.
Nobody could EVER find out how they select candidates from their essay writing techniques.
Technical interview was the one in which there was no technical questions.
Hr was simple.
Why should we hire you? Strengths, weaknesses, etc.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Sep 2024
Interview
Initially , I attended a technical interview. It was a really nice experience , a friendly welcoming atmosphere .It was medium level complexity. Interviewer asked introduction , some project related questions and programming language related questions (both theory and practical) . After some time , I attended a HR interview. HR also asked about my introduction and after that , he asked some behavioural questions and id proof's. I had the feeling that the interview went very well, and I think the feeling was mutual.
