I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied via campus drive. The interview process took one day. They officially announced results the next day. The interview took place in 3 phases- online aptitude, technical and HR.
Online aptitude was for 80 minutes. Technical was 1 to 1, and they took about 20 minutes per person. HR was for another 10 minutes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Online aptitude had 3 parts- quantitative analysis, Logical reasoning and English writing(essay)
i found the quantitative analysis to be a bit tricky but logical was easy. The essay writing had a word limit of 345 words. Quants had questions from shares, ratio, percentage and etc. logical reasoning had questions related to blood relations, reasoning etc. There was also a flowchart question in logical where we had to analyse the flowchart and then answer the given questions. It was Not related to programming.
As i am from non IT Background, hence the technical questions were quite simple for me. They asked me about my summer internship(what i learnt there etc) and basics of java and C. They also asked some HR questions like where i see myself in the next few years, why should they hire me etc.
HR round was quite simple. They asked questions from my resume, regarding my hobbies and etc.
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role.
