It was easy they ask basic accounting questions and some scenario based questions and all the questions related to your previous company experience. I had 2 rounds of interview one with manager and another with director for some other people they took excel test

It was very nice. My interview process at Capgemini consisted of multiple stages. It began with an HR screening to evaluate communication and role fit.
This was followed by a technical round focusing on SAP SD concepts like OTC cycle, pricing, and scenario-based questions.
Then I had a managerial round where my project experience, stakeholder handling, and problem-solving approach were discussed in detail.
The final round was with HR, covering compensation, availability, and onboarding formalities.
