      Analytics Interview

      Mar 14, 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

Screening started with literaly interrogation "why did you apply? You have a good job. Your desired salary?". HR was not nice saying that there are no perspectives for me in that position as I am asking for too much. And it did not matter , if i was ready to meet with the hiring mager to discuss the opportunity/see if we can work together easily. She made a decision - discard. Anyway, i have friends working at cibc, culture is not toxic like this HR. It is a good company. Definitely Apply and dont ask for too much😀 you will get the RTI😀
