Interview criteria seemed pretty subjective. Didn’t appear that they were looking for someone with the necessary skills but rather whatever fit the changing criteria of importance. And couldn’t explain what that was.

3 interviews and 6 references including 2 former managers. Interviewed with HR, Director and a team member. It was 6 weeks start to finish. IT Global Managed Services and Consulting questions and basic proposal management questions. Samples of work were required.
