Profit Participation is good. Based on the performance rating, your yearly stuff will increase and will add to your overall package. Profit Participation is lucrative at the company.
Very good benefits package; I especially liked $1000 flex dollar that you can take it home if you don't need to use it; and 3% stock matching up to a cap is also good. Used to have a WFH policy but changed completely which has made most of employees very upset.
