Interview
The hiring process includes four rounds. The first round is a communication assessment to evaluate language and interpersonal skills. Différents entretiens suivi d'un test "logique", et d'expression.
Beaucoup de temps entre chacun des entretiens. Le test logique envoyé était très désuet et ne semblait ne pas vraiment quantifier quoi que ce soit, lui même étant peu logique.
Suite à quoi aucune nouvelle. 4 mois plus tard j'ai eu un appel pour me dire que mon profil ne correspondait pas, sans m'expliquer pourquoi.
