It was a quick, two interview only, one with cgi one with client. And next the offer was in my hand. The recruitment heads were very helpful throughout the process.

Interview
Applied on CGI > Careers. Got a phone call from a CGI Recruiter. Had a face to face interview with QA Director and a QA Lead joined the interview over phone. After around one week, the CGI recruiter called me and said that my CV is approved by client too and told me the salary and joining date. There was no negotiations. There was a background check for previous employments, educational qualifications and criminal records.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Montreal, QC)
Interview
There was a first interview with an HR representative and then a technical interview with a Development Director and one of his colleagues. The two interviews were a few days apart and I got an answer a week later. I was hired to work at client sites so there was another interview scheduled with one of their clients. The entire process lasted around 3 weeks.
