Within a week of submitting my resume to an online job posting, I had a phone screen with a recruiter followed by a series of separate phone interviews with multiple hiring managers. The entire process took 3-4 weeks. Each asked me about my experience and technical skills.

Received a phone interview at first, then was invited to an in-person interview at the Markham office in Canada, by 2 interviewers, the entire interview process lasted for 30 mins.

Is ok and the two worker that interview me is on there phone so I think the first experience is bad for me because I’m a student and This is the first interview hahah
Recruiter seems to have a pool of candidates which they contact on staffing requirements. When contacted it was via an initial phone screen. This was then followed by in person interview.
