Our school organized a trip to the company, then I submit my CV over there. After they contacted me on phone, just asked my available time and tell me that I am selected for the group interview. In interview they tell me to introduce myself in second language, and some basic interview question, they will gave out a basic test review your basic technical skills. They did not ask the group to do situations together, everybody just get the same questions.
