Remote interview via Cisco webex, multiple managers were there as well as some of the engineers. It was very laid back and I was able to get talk with the engineers about networking and projects.

I changed jobs right at the beginning of the pandemic. They'd just switched to work-from-home. The interview was done by conference call. I thought I had bombed the interview, but was hired only 45 minutes later.
