    people are friendly, desk space is neat, but hours are awful, no work from home for new people

    Cons

    way over worked, no work from home for new people, hours are terrible

    Advice to Management

    ease up on all the extra month end processes, they're stressful, also the hours are HORRIBLE, please stop this 9 to 6, 10 to 7 shift and working after 7pm on month ends, this is the worst experience. It's too difficult to work that late and if agents don't volunteer to work late, they look bad.

    Sometimes longer hours, although, not expected from you. You have to find your own clients and the clients verse managing existing buying clients.

    Worked with some of the smartest and most driven people I've met. really had a chance to learn and grow under them

    Management always had their favorites to promote first. Backbone and support roles were treated like second class for a long time
