The process started with an online application. The next step was an online assessment. After passing the assessment, a phone interview was set up. This process was very simple and did not take much time.

Question 1
How would your previous employer describe you? What would he or she say about your work rate and attitude? Would he or she describe you as below average, average, or above average?
Went through a series of three interviews. After the final interview, waited a while to hear back, to be told they went with a different candidate. Didn’t understand why it took so long to hear back.
pretty bad interview process did not enjoy the process, and called me but did not return the call after after decided to cancel all interviews with the company when I found out that the pay would be less than at other jobs

HR rep over the phone was very nice and covered a lot of the details of the position in our initial phone call. Gave me a great starting point to see if I wanted to move forward with the interview process.
